The property is incredibly beautiful. the staff provides amazing service. It's worth staying in the double room with a king bed and jacuzzi.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had been newly remodeled, and the facilities were clean. the location is great, right next to Playa Del Carmen and close to the beach.

A really great way to end my trip. Outstanding food, top-notch service and gorgeous view of the sea and sunrise. The staff were very polite and welcoming and assisted me with free parking. Fancy and neat rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Nibbles and ice cream at the outdoor bar...

We stayed in a room with a view of the garden, we loved it because you have a view of the beach and swimming pool. from the balcony and with a Paraguayan hammock (all the rooms look at the sea and are very well thought out). jacuzzi inside the. room a dream! facilities a luxury, bed very comfortable,. silent rooms for the absolute rest. I emphasize the. location in the middle of the center, to meters of the fifth avenue and coconut. bongo to go walking, cleaning and warmth of the personnel that greets you with a hand in the heart, we were enchanted with our. maids that at night left us beautiful animals with towels,. roses, cards and chocolates on the bed! shows in the. lobby at night were very good, food was exquisite, especially in the. Italian restaurant, we loved the spa, water circuit with. saunas and jacuzzis with different temperatures really unmissable, the. gym very good too!. hotel has everything, we would go back. to stay in this place!

Our experience was wonderful, as an improvement it would be good that the bar. of drinks closes later (it closed at 23hs) and shows begin. later (they began at 21hs).

The resort was luxurious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Some of the daily activities and the nightly entertainment were pretty cheesy. While this resort was more classy in most ways than many other corny all-inclusives, the entertainment was pretty bad.

The hotel is fully equipped and exceptionally clean. the employees are well-trained. - the location is the best for the haute gourmet 'Chefs Plate' restaurant. - the suite is brand-new with unbelievable views. - It offers very good services and has freshly cooked breakfast choices.

Simply the best experience of my life, we live in Playa del Carmen and I was looking for a place to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, for a lot of searching, the best option I found was at The Royal, and without a doubt was the best decision I could have made, I bought a night at the hotel, we arrived very early and from the moment you step into the hotel the attention of all staff covers and exceeds all expectations, 100% personalized attention, they care about making your stay the best experience, (a super point in favor) regardless of the weather and ecological factors that were presented, (seaweed in the sea and a little rain) everything else exceeded it, excellent quality food, all very well presented and a very varied range of food, excellent presentation of the dishes in the restaurant Maria Marie restaurant worth visiting, delicious buffet in Spice, A la carte food in Pelícanos and Rincón Mexicano of very good taste, delicious food in the restaurant Mediterraneo, impeccable care in all the service, quite pleasant pools, quite big room with spectacular finishes, with jacuzzi of hydromassage, and balcony with hammock, the bed so soft and comfortable that you would like never to get up, SPA included, quality drinks included, mini bar included, what more can you ask, the list of positive things is extremely extensive, Thanks to all the staff for their excellent work and thanks to all those who made this experience more enjoyable, the people who arranged my room with rose petals and chocolate strawberries had an impeccable service, to all the staff who attended our dinner at Maria Marie thanks for the detail of singing the mañanitas and for the decorated cake, and to each of those who touched me to attend me, thanks for the interest and care in their service. definitely super recommended!!!!

Large, comfortable rooms. jacuzzi in the room was spectacular! Quite clean although some facilities need a renovation. perfect location, close to 5th Avenue and best area of Playa del Carmen.

Very bad service from the staff as the expectations for a Hilton hotel are quite high. Apart from Capt. Diego and his colleague who, after complaining about the bad service we received in the restaurants, did everything to make us feel at ease, they leave a lot to be desired. The feeling is that they are really paying you and not you them, especially in the Mexican restaurant that after being once I did not want to return... Half of the restaurants were closed xq were in arrangement, something that they never told me at the check in (I found out by looking for them at the hotel and at the end I understood that they are closed) . Anyway, they have a lot to improve regarding the service and it's a pity since it could be the perfect place for holidays. I will not recommend it

This place is a gem, highly recommended for everyone. It's super clean and the location is fantastic. The restaurants here are amazing 😊.
